Why am I asked for an IMEI? How do I find this information?
IMEI is an unique ID of the handset. QuickMark creates an unique activation key based on your device information.
To find the required information, please first install QuickMark Standard and go to [Options] -> [Purchase] to view your device IMEI and Check Digit.
How long is the license for QuickMark Advanced valid for?
The license for QuickMark Advanced is a one-time license and is valid for the product life of the end user's mobile device. As long as the hardware of the mobile device itself is unchanged, the end user may hard reset the device and still use the same activation barcode to re-activate the purchased license.

In case the device using QuickMark Advanced is changed/upgraded for the same license how do we get the license changes done?
The license for QuickMark Advanced is tied to the handset's IMEI (an unique device identification number) and is not transferrable. A separate license will be required for each device.
The device's IMEI does not change during device ROM updates (but be cautious of your sources) so the purchased license will still be valid.
If your device IMEI was changed for some reason, contact us at service@quickmark.com.tw with your Purchase Order Number and new IMEI & Check Digit.
What are the options for upgrade? When you release new API’s do we automatically get access to it?
Customers of QuickMark Advanced will be entitled to future updates from QuickMark. Simply install the latest version and activate the license again using the previously purchased activation barcode (re-activation might not be necessary on Symbian S60 devices, unless uninstall is performed).
