If the device's camera lens capability is ineffective in reading a 1D barcode, the end user may choose to manually input the 1D barcode data.

| STEP 1: Open QuickMark and go to [Options] -> [Type] to manually input the barcode data. |
STEP 2: Select the type of barcode from the first data field. |

|
| STEP 3: Key-in the alphanumerical values you see adjacent to the 1D barcode using the virtual keypad. |
STEP 4: Then select the desired action for the 1D barcode, such as redirecting to a preconfigured URL. |
